5 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Pay Attention To The Size On The Tags

Many plus size women worry about the size on the tag or they immediately walk into a store and look for the sign that reads  plussize section. If this is you, girl PLEASE stop! Today I’m here to tell you why the size on the tag or that plus size section sign means nothing.

1.Never limit yourself to a particular size or section of the store it will block out all options that might be a perfect fit for you.

2.  Fabric is the key when choosing the right size.

3.  All clothing is cut different, some brands and designers use different measurements/sizes.

4. Oversized straight size clothes will always work on a plus size body.

5. You can always turn it into a DIY project, or take it to your seamstress to adjust ill-fitting pieces for a better fit. (most of my crop tops come from the straight size section)

Ladies don’t discriminate when shopping, weigh out your options and always try it one. The dress pictured below came from H&M’s straight size section, this dress goes up to an XL and it has great stretch. I’m rocking a size large (I’m a normal 20/22), as you can see it fit me perfect. Jus forget what the size on the tag says and enjoy shopping.

When shopping the straight size section, what stores are your faveorite?
